At Merrivale Suite, we got amazing value for our money with a quiet and super clean room designed for our comfort. The location was secure and the staff, especially Vivolyn, were customer service oriented and made us feel appreciated with light snacks and bottled water. Expectations exceeded and we will definitely be returning.
Breakfast choices could be more varied.

Clean facilities, such as climate control, an individual safe and multi-channel TV. The location was comfy with views over garden. I had a warm welcome from the host.

We had a delightful stay at Merrivale Suite. The apartment was immaculately clean and felt like a home away from home. The host was incredibly knowledgeable and provided helpful information about the apartment and the surrounding area. We felt safe and secure, and the quietness of the location ensured a peaceful stay. The furnishings were comfortable and the balcony was a wonderful addition. our experience exceeded expectations, and we highly recommend Merrivale Suite to everyone. A+!

The location was quiet and clean, and the host were pretty good too make us feel welcome. The attention to detail, such as providing light snacks and bottled water, made us feel appreciated as guests. The decor created a calming atmosphere and all the necessary facilities were provided. The hotel itself was secure and well-maintained. our experience was so great and we would definitely recommend Merrivale Suite to others.
Although the pillows were decorative, they were uncomfortable to sleep on as they were too high and hard. it would have been nice to have washcloths and hand towels provided for each guest.

amazing stay, felt like home. Vivolyn was a fantastic host, great communication. Secure location, clean, comfy beds, fully equipped kitchen. Highly recommend for a homely and relaxing stay in Kingston.
